We would like to store some motion picture and television sets with you. How do we get this started?

This is a quick and easy process.  Here's what we need.

  1. We need to know how much space you require
  2. We need to know what you are storing (Scenery, Props, Set Dressing)
  3. Are you looking for space in the San Fernando Valley or in Santa Clarita
  4. Will you need our transportation services for pick up and delivery or do you have this covered
  5. Last, we'll need your Credit One Sheet to get your account setup - that's it!

Does Triscenic labor crew load and unload the trucks, or do we need our own crew to load or unload trucks?

Here's what we can do.

  • For Scenery and Set Dressing, Triscenic's crew can load or unload at Triscenic's facilities or wherever your location may be.
  • When it comes to handling Scenery inside any of Triscenic's facilities, it can only be moved by Triscenic's crew members
  • If desired, you can have your Scenery delivered to us, however, for liability reasons our labor crew has to unload and safely store your Scenery/Big Walls.

The amount of storage space we need changes with each project. Are your rates flexible based on square footage?

No, our "per square foot rate" remains the same.  However, your total monthly cost can increase or decrease based on the amount of square footage being used for that particular month.

How does your pick up and delivery service work?

  1. Our drivers and trucks will arrive at the pick up location.
  2. The Studio Grips will load the Scenery onto Triscenic trailers/trucks, and Triscenic drivers will secure the load. 
  3. Our Drivers will bring the Scenery, Props, Set Dressing or Wardrobe to our storage facility where our Grips will unload and store your assets.
  4. All Scenery will be entered into our computerized inventory system.
  5. Upon request we can provide a complete computerized list of your stored assets at Triscenic.

Do you offer custom size Lock-Up rooms?

We sure do!  We have hundreds of various size lock-up rooms.  If you require a custom size that is not available, we'll create one for you within hours.

We will need a secure area for Mill Space, Metal Fabrication, Special Effects Builders. Are these available to rent?

Absolutely.  We have dedicated space just for this.  Give us a call and we will be happy to discuss further.

Do you offer short term and long term storage options?

Yes we do!  We are here to make your Scenery and Set transportation and storage services as flexible as possible.  We can also increase or decrease your monthly storage space area based on your changing needs.

What are your insurance requirements?

Triscenic Production Services provides 100% coverage of all items inside our facilities.
